Refund & Return Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Swanky Signature, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help with our return and refund policy.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return products if they meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unopened and unused
  • Original packaging and seals must be intact
  • Return request made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is not on the non-returnable list (see Section 4)
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@swankysignature.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective)
  3. Await Approval: We'll review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
  4. Return Shipping: Once approved, ship the product back using our provided address

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrances (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Inspection: We'll verify the product meets return conditions
  • Approval: You'll receive email confirmation of refund approval
  • Processing: Refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • Credit: Refund credited to original payment method within 7-14 business days

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.)

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item
  • Shipping Method: Use a trackable shipping service
  • Insurance: Consider purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items
  • Risk: We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account/credit card statement
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. If still not received after 14 days, contact us at support@swankysignature.com

10. Cancellations

Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they haven't been shipped yet. Contact us immediately.

After Shipping: Once shipped, you must follow the return process outlined above.
