1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within Nigeria. We deliver to all major cities and most rural areas across the country.
International Shipping: Coming soon! We're working to expand our delivery network globally.
2. Shipping Rates

* Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
3. Processing Time
- Standard Processing: 1-2 business days from order confirmation
- Peak Seasons: Up to 3-5 business days during holidays or sales events
- Custom Orders: 5-7 business days (if applicable)
Note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total wait time = Processing + Delivery time
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Email confirmation with tracking number
- SMS notification with tracking link
- Real-time tracking updates via our Track Order page
You can track your order anytime using your order number and email address.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier services:
- GIG Logistics
- DHL Nigeria
- Kwik Delivery
- Fedex (select areas)
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will:
- Make up to 3 delivery attempts
- Call the phone number provided at checkout
- Leave a delivery notice if you're unavailable
- Hold package at local depot for pickup (after failed attempts)
Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate to avoid delivery delays.
7. Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over ₦50,000 to Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt!
Promotion excludes remote areas and may be subject to change.
8. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or lost:
- Wait until estimated delivery date has passed
- Check tracking information for updates
- Contact us at support@swankysignature.com with your order number
- We'll investigate with the courier and resolve within 48 hours
Guarantee: If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
9. Damaged During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photos (package and product)
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email photos to support@swankysignature.com
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately
10. Address Changes
Before Shipping: Contact us immediately to update your address.
After Shipping: We cannot change the address. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
11. Peak Season Delays
During holidays (Christmas, New Year, Eid, etc.), deliveries may experience delays of 1-3 additional business days due to high volume. We appreciate your patience!
12. Packaging
All Swanky Signature products are carefully packaged in:
- Premium branded boxes
- Protective bubble wrap for glass bottles
- Eco-friendly packaging materials
- Sealed with security tape to prevent tampering
